Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. The behavior is repeated, or has the potential to be repeated, over time. Bullying includes actions such as making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group on purpose.
How can you help as a student? If you see bullying, talk to a trusted adult for help. Help the person being bullied by offering support and getting help. Always be kind and respectful to others, and set up a good example for others to model.

When you lose someone you love, grief is a personal journey traveled in your own unique way. That’s why Transitions GriefCare offers a range of support services to help explore, understand and express the grief that is exclusively yours.
Individual counseling is available for adults, teens and children as well as sessions for the entire family. And our "Let's Talk Transitions" blog offers a bereavement category.
Transitions GriefCare also offers a variety of support groups and workshops that bring grieving people together for an opportunity to connect with others who have experienced similar types of losses. Different services are available to help you find the one that best meets your needs.
